1. Digital Products (Templates & Data Files)
All digital downloads, including templates, datasets, and visualization files, are non-refundable once the purchase is completed. By purchasing, you acknowledge that digital content cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.
2. Subscriptions (Monthly & Yearly Plans)
Our subscriptions provide full access to premium dashboards, data updates, and export features during the subscription period.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Non-refundable once payment is processed. You may cancel anytime, and your access will remain active until the end of the billing period.
- Yearly Subscriptions: Refunds are only considered within 7 days of the initial purchase if no premium content has been downloaded or accessed during that time.
3. Renewal & Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellations stop future payments but do not grant refunds for the current period.
4. Duplicate Payments or Technical Issues
If you experience a duplicate payment, billing error, or technical issue preventing access to purchased content, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. Verified issues will be resolved promptly or refunded where applicable.
