Egyptians are emerging as one of the most influential entrepreneurial communities in the UAE, particularly in Dubai—one of the world’s fastest-growing business hubs. According to the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, Egyptians ranked third among all nationalities registering new companies in 2024, with 5.3 thousand companies established during the year.

This strong presence reflects several drivers. First, Egypt’s large talent pool—especially in fields such as technology, consulting, media, construction, and trading—finds Dubai an attractive environment due to its ease of doing business, global connectivity, and financial incentives. Second, many Egyptian professionals relocating to Dubai are choosing to transition from employment to entrepreneurship, leveraging their expertise to build scalable ventures.
Dubai’s supportive regulatory landscape, expanding digital economy, and access to regional and global markets have also contributed to this upward trend. As a result, Egyptian founders are not only participating in the market—they are becoming a dominant force shaping the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
With more Egyptians entering the UAE’s business scene every year, the outlook suggests continued growth and stronger integration between Egyptian talent and Dubai’s dynamic economy.
